in advance so we can reserve time for you. We are able to provide
convenient appointment options and on-time appointments to
better serve your dental needs. If it is necessary to change an
appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible...
at least two business days so that your previously reserved time
can be made available to another patient. Treatment Planning & Financial Arrangements We are committed to help you keep your teeth for a lifetime of comfort, function, health and esthetics. To achieve this in a realistic and appropriate manner, we offer financing options. We will discuss fees and costs with you in a caring, open manner, because we believe it is important for you to know what to expect financially. As a benefit to our patients with dental insurance, we will process your insurance billing for you. You have a choice of having direct reimbursement from your insurance company; or we will extend credit to you for your estimated insurance portion. We ask that you pay your estimated portion at the time of service. Please be aware that you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance carrier. |
